Executive coaching helps you discover who you need to become, not just what you need to do. We work together on the questions that matter most to your leadership—questions about your impact, your relationships, and the gap between your current reality and what you want. This isn’t about formulaic advice. It’s about building the capacity to navigate whatever comes next.

Most leadership programs teach frameworks and techniques, which have their place. Our work goes deeper. I focus on three levels simultaneously: you as an individual leader, your team dynamics, and your organizational impact. The questions we explore together reveal patterns you haven’t seen and possibilities you haven’t considered. This approach creates lasting change rather than temporary behavior modification.

I work with leaders of all genders at the CEO/President, Executive Director and Owner level, and primarily with women in other executive and leadership roles. Most of my clients are in healthcare and technology, though I also work with leaders in financial services, legal services, and other sectors. What they share: they’re accomplished, they’re facing challenges their past success hasn’t prepared them for, and they’re ready for the deeper work of transformation.

We typically meet every two to three weeks for 60 to 90 minutes, though the structure adapts to what serves you best. Between sessions, you have access to me for the moments that matter—when you’re facing a difficult decision, preparing for a crucial conversation, or wrestling with a question that won’t wait. Many clients work with me for several years, creating increasingly ambitious and fulfilling visions for their leadership. Some transition to quarterly or pure access advisory models with unlimited virtual access as their needs evolve.

I’m also developing online programs—shorter, self-paced offerings for leaders who aren’t yet ready for a full coaching engagement but want to begin exploring these questions. I publish a weekly newsletter called “Tiny Leadership Stories” that explores leadership distinctions through brief insights that shift how you think about your work.
